Delivery time

RTW-Shipping
Same-Day Delivery:
Destination: Dubai (RTW - Dubai)
Details: Orders placed before [4 PM] will be delivered on the same day. Please ensure that your address is accurate for timely delivery.
Next-Day Delivery:
Destination: Other Emirates
Details: Orders placed before [10 PM] will be delivered the next day. We are committed to getting your orders to you quickly and efficiently.
International Shipping:
Destination: All other countries
Details: International orders will typically be delivered within 4-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs clearance processes.

Pre-Orders Shipping

Shipping Time: All pre-orders will be shipped within 10 to 15 business days to destinations worldwide. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and notify you once it is shipped.

After receiving your payment authorisation and cleared funds, in some cases, the estimated delivery time frame will be longer, for example where items are made to order. From time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed our usual 10 working day delivery window for reasons outside our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible, and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to the products after delivery
