If you’d like to change your delivery date or address, please let us know before your order ships. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable tomodify or cancel it, but we’ll still do our best to assist you.

We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping to all GCC countries.● Same day delivery in Dubai for orders placed before 4 PM● Next day delivery to other Emirates for orders placed before 10 PM● International delivery in 4 to 5 business days worldwide● Pre-orders ship within 10 to 15 business days

Yes, we ship to all countries. Please note that international orders may be subject tocustoms fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

We only offer exchanges; we don’t provide returns or refunds. If your item is defective,faulty, or not as described, just let us know within 1 to 2 days of delivery. Items must beunused and in their original condition. You’ll cover the return-shipping cost, and we’ll sendyour new item as soon as we receive the original.
