Delivery time
RTW-Shipping
- Same-Day Delivery:
- Destination: Dubai (RTW - Dubai)
- Details: Orders placed before [4 PM] will be delivered on the same day. Please ensure that your address is accurate for timely delivery.
- Next-Day Delivery:
- Destination: Other Emirates
- Details: Orders placed before [10 PM] will be delivered the next day. We are committed to getting your orders to you quickly and efficiently.
- International Shipping:
- Destination: All other countries
- Details: International orders will typically be delivered within 4-5 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and customs clearance processes.
Pre-Orders Shipping
- Shipping Time: All pre-orders will be shipped within 10 to 15 business days to destinations worldwide. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and notify you once it is shipped.
After receiving your payment authorisation and cleared funds, in some cases, the estimated delivery time frame will be longer, for example where items are made to order. From time to time the delivery of specific items will exceed our usual 10 working day delivery window for reasons outside our control. We work hard to process all orders as quickly as possible, and we will send you an email to let you know when your item has been dispatched by us.
Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to the products after delivery

Delivery failure

If the address provided is incorrect and the package is returned, you may be billed for the additional shipping charges for your delivery to reach you. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in cases where the product is defective or wrong delivered.
We do not provide returns or refunds. Exchanges must be initiated within 1-2 days of receiving your order, and the item must be in its original, unused condition. Please contact us with proof of purchase to begin the exchange process. customers are responsible for return (For exchange) shipping costs.

Products that have been used cannot be Exchanged.
Address Changes & Tracking
Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.
