1. Dubai - Orders placed before 4PM will be delivered on the same day
2. ⁠Rest of UAE - Orders placed before 10PM will be delivered on the next day
3. ⁠GCC and Global - All orders will be delivered within 4-5 business days

Pre-Order items -
All “Pre-order” items will be shipped within 10 - 15 business days worldwide. We will keep you updated at every step of your order - from the point of payment to delivery.

We do not provide returns or refunds.
Exchanges must be initiated within 1-2 days of receiving your order, and the
item must be in its original, unused condition. Please contact us with proof of purchase to begin the exchange process. Customers are responsible for return (For exchange) shipping costs.
